We offer mid-weeks stays for single unit bookings, take advantage of our beautiful site and all its facilities.

However, please get in touch if you are a party of 4 or more and looking to book a last minute weekend break, we may be able to accommodate!

The firepit is laid ready for your stay with firelighters in. We provide a small amount of additional logs for the first evening. Please feel free to bring extra logs if you plan to use the firepit for lengthy periods.

Alternatively we sell bags of logs which are available at the time of booking. (£15 for 12.5kg bag of logs with starter pack)

Welcome to bring your own music and games. We do have a few games for your use.

Check-in is from 15.00 - 18.00 pm. If you going to be late please let us know so we can accommodate your arrival.

ON arrival you will be greeted and shown to the private parking areas near the pods. Trolley available to get your luggage to your pod.

Check-out is by 10.30 - 11.00. Please leave your keys on the hooks on the information board in the kitchenette.

Yes but this is limited and available outside the Kitchenette area and Shepherd Hut.

Most mobile networks can pick up 3-5G in the pods and meadow area.

 

We provide all Pods and Shepherd Hut with a small BBQ & utensils to cook on.

Group bookings are offered a large BBQ (please clean BBQ grill with wire brush provided after use)

The kitchenette has a small oven/grill with 2 ring hob, toaster and microwave for your use.

 

 

Yes all Pods are equipped with a heater and are double glazed. The Shepherd Hut has an electric heater. The kitchenette is centrally heated and has heated towel rails in the shower rooms.

Yes each Pod and Shepherd Hut has its own super quiet small fridge.

There is an additional fridge in the kitchenette for your use. We provide ice cubes in the little freezer too.

Drinks fridge is provided in the gazebo in the meadow.

The toilets are literally 20 seconds walk away through the lit woodland.

Each two berth Pod has a luxury bed, king, double or twin - duvet, sheet and pillows for 2 along with snuggly throw. Free-view TV, Fridge, kettle, cups x2 and complimentary arrival tea/coffee.
Water in fridge for kettle and additional drop of milk.
Mirror, fan, dustpan & brush, umbrella.
Outside on decking is Bistro seating & table for 2 with cushions.

The Shepherd Hut has all of the above and sits within the woodland with a large raised deck area & bistro seating.

Yes, and we will get it ready for you to light on your first night with some additional logs for a few hours burning. Please bring extra logs should you wish to use the firepit for lengthy periods and extra evenings.

You can purchase firepit wood @ £15 for 12.5kg bag with kindling & firelighter.

Yes in the kitchenette there’s a small sink for washing up, and an additional 3 wash basins in the 2 separate shower rooms.

There is also a larger outside washing up area.

We allow a small dog in Sleepy Hollow and Conker Cabin. Dogs must be on a lead at all times when on the site, and must not enter the nature pond. Please clear up dog mess and be considerate to other guests.

Please get in touch if booking exclusive hire - flexibility for additional dogs.

There are lots of dog beautiful walks through our meadow gate and surrounding areas of Bluebell Retreat Glamping.

Yes a large wooden Gazebo in the meadow is available for all year round. This is provided with comfortable seating for 8 and lighting & drinks fridge. (No smoking in this area)

We provide a hairdryer which is located in the porch of the kitchenette, by the large mirror and electric point.

Smoking is NOT permitted in pods, on your private decked area, gazebo, woodland area or in the kitchenette/shower rooms.

However you may smoke in the meadow/by fire pit as long as butts are disposed of safely and tidily.

Yes, there is a local pub, The Royal Oak (dog friendly) serving fantastic pub grub.

Opening hours are from 4.00pm during the week & closed Mondays. Mobile pizza van arrives on Fridays.

In the village, a short walk away, is a small convenience shop and take-away.

The Red Lion pub is 3 miles away in the car serving cask ales and home cooked food (dog friendly)

Great Malvern is 3 miles away with a wide selection of eateries.

If you would prefer a take-away option there are many local restaurants that deliver here. Chinese, Cantonese, Pizza, and more! Details in kitchenette on the chalk board.

There is a small torch on the key fob to your pod. Each pod has a remote control pad to activate the woodland lights to the kitchenette/showers and toilets.

You may need a torch if venturing off to the local pub, no street lights here!

On the morning of your departure could you please lock your accommodation and leave your keys on the hooks provided in the kitchenette.

There is a charge of £25 for lost keys.

Located offsite and just a short drive away. Bookings are to be made directly to 'Escape to the Lake'.

Alternatively 5 minutes away at 'The Fold' in Bransford there is a nature trail that takes you down to the River Teme. There are a few areas here were you are able to take a dip, at your own risk.
