What information do we collect?

Booking information used to process your booking which you provide us by filling in our forms on our booking form. When you contact us by email to enquire or request information. We also collect statistical data from running and maintaining our website such as visits and page views.

What do we do with your information?

We use the information that you provide us when you book, to provide our services to you. In addition to this we may use your email address to provide information to you that you have requested, relating to our products or services and may at times contact you about additional services that we offer but you will be able to unsubscribe at any time. If you have previously booked a stay with us we may at times contact you about similar stays that you may be interested in.

Storage of Data

We do not hold or store any information regarding your bank accounts or credit cards.

Disclosure of information

We will never pass your information on or disclose it to third parties other than in the event that we sell any or all of our business to the buyer, or where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information.

Accessing your Information

You have the right to access any information the we hold relating to you (Data Protection Act 1998) and we reserve the right to charge £10 as an administration fee.
