Bluebell Retreat Wedding Venue

Following on from the success of Bluebell Retreat Glamping, we are now proud to offer our unique outdoor space for bespoke Festival Weddings new for 2025.

The picturesque grounds of Bluebell Retreat Wedding Venue is situated at the foot of the Malvern Hills and hidden away within its own natural environment providing the perfect setting for your wedding and forever memories for you and your guests.

The venue provides versatility for your wedding theme and opportunities for amazing photographs in its unique outdoor setting. The whole venue plus on-site accommodation for 8 persons is yours for a 2 day duration, so you can relax and enjoy the build up to your wedding without feeling rushed.

 

You can unwind here before your big day, perhaps sit around the firepit & watch the sun go down with your favourite tipple.

We can accommodate up to 60 guests and have the facilities for an outdoor celebrant-led ceremony, including a beautiful wooden gazebo within the meadow.

You have the choice of 3 packages to choose from to suit your budget: Grass Roots, Canopy Dreams or Treetops for a more inclusive option.

There’s a local approved venue ‘The Elgar Room’ at Malvern Council House  in Great Malvern which is located within Priory Park against the back drop of the Malvern Hills or numerous Churches within the surrounding area. It’s really up to you!

Our Packages

Grass Roots Package

Exclusive venue hire with accommodation for up to 8 persons for 2 days with 2 slate showers and 2 toilet rooms and fully equipped kitchenette. (Lots more see glamping).

Two Hat Tipi with tables & benches, coir matting, fairy lights and use of a generator and bar in tipi (minimum spend of £600).

Gazebo for celebrant ceremony.

On the day co-ordination & liaison with suppliers & overseeing the running of venue. (Not including Wedding Planning Service)

12 midnight finish.

Use of Tipi the morning after your celebration for breakfast until 12 midday.

Venue licence.

Canopy Dreams

Package as above with the addition of:

Arrival drinks, dancefloor, 6 oak barrels

Treetops

Package as above with the addition of:

Cocktails the night before for the bridal party. Bottomless arrival drinks, outside horsebox bar, chill-out area in tipi with sofa, armchair, cushions & table.

Walkway with festoon lighting.

Wedding co-ordination on the day plus planning support.

Breakfast hamper for bridal party.

There is on-site parking for approximately 10 vehicles which is located at the entrance of the venue, only a short walk through the woodland to the Tipi and toilets.

Deb & Ian, the venue owners, are on-site to assist with logistical support and assistance on your special day. They are contactable by both telephone and email to assist you when required.

The Venue season runs from May – September with bookings now available.
