Bluebell Retreat Wedding Venue
Following on from the success of Bluebell Retreat Glamping, we are now proud to offer our unique outdoor space for bespoke Festival Weddings new for 2023.
The picturesque grounds of Bluebell Retreat Wedding Venue is situated at the foot of the Malvern Hills and hidden away within its own natural environment providing the perfect setting for your wedding and forever memories for you and your guests.
The venue provides complete versatility for your wedding theme and opportunities for amazing photographs in its unique outdoor setting. The whole venue plus on-site accommodation is yours for a 2 day duration, so you can relax and enjoy the build up to your wedding without feeling rushed.
You can unwind here before your big day, perhaps sit around the firepit & watch the sun go down with your favourite tipple.
We can accommodate up to 60 guests and have the facilities for an outdoor ceremony if required. We have a natural wooden arbor or numerous idyllic spots around the venue perfect for a celebrant ceremony.
There’s a beautiful register office in Great Malvern for the legal bits or numerous Churches within the surrounding area. It’s really up to you!
The Venue
Offers a 2 hat Tipi which provides ample space for dining and dancing with 2 guide packages to choose from. We can work with you on a floor plan that suits your requirements.
You have the choice to build your own wedding or choose from our Grass Roots package or Treetops package for a more inclusive option.

Two Hat Tipi with coir matting, fairy lights & festoon lighting and outdoor fire pit with logs.
On the day co-ordination
12 midnight finish.
Use of Tipi the morning after your celebration for breakfast until 12 midday.

Treetops Package
Exclusive venue hire with accommodation for up to 8 person for 2 days with 2 slate showers and toilet rooms and fully equipped kitchenette. (Lots more see glamping)

Staffed horsebox bar/or indoor bar, wooden dance floor, outdoor coir matting walkway to the wedding arbor, rustic tables and benches for 60 guests. Power generator (required for catering, bar and disco/band etc).

A ‘venue only’ option is also available allowing you the scope & flexibility to create the wedding day of your dreams from a blank canvas.
This provides exclusive site use & accommodation for up to 8 guests over a two day period (Tipi hire not included)

There is on-site parking for 10 vehicles which is located at the entrance of the venue, only a short walk through the woodland to the Tipi and toilets.
Deb & Ian, the venue owners, are on-site to assist with pre-wedding planning support and assistance on your special day. They are contactable by both telephone and email to assist you when required.
The Venue season runs from May – September with bookings now available.
